No smoking inside the apartment this is a non smoking apartment and building. Please take shoes off in the property. Pets are not permitted. Guests must have a working telephone number that they can be contacted on. Only the person that has booked the reservation will be allowed to check in at the property. All guests must be declared on the reservation, any undeclared guests will be charged at £50 per guest, if undeclared guests enter the property we reserve the right to cancel the booking without a refund.
