The apartment is located on a raised ground floor, on the south-facing side of a beautifully converted historic Victorian hotel. The apartment has been fully refurbished to a modern standard.

No smoking inside the apartment this is a non smoking apartment and building. Please take shoes off in the property. Pets are not permitted. Guests must have a working telephone number that they can be contacted on. Only the person that has booked the reservation will be allowed to check in at the property. All guests must be declared on the reservation, any undeclared guests will be charged at £50 per guest, if undeclared guests enter the property we reserve the right to cancel the booking without a refund. If there is an issue with your reservation, you will allow us to enter the property in order to resolve your issue.

You must also acknowledge

  • Must climb stairs — The side entrance has a half staircase to the raised ground level. The main entrance has only a few steps. There is a ramp access at the west wing middle entrance.
  • Some spaces are shared — There is a communal free on-site gym for residents and guest use only. Please ask the porter for access or look in the guest guide book. There is also an outside garden, and BBQ area where guests can bring their own BBQ. Please tidy area after use.
  • Security Deposit – if you damage the home, you may be charged.
